店内の楽曲リクエストシステム「J SPOT クラウドリクエストシステム」（以下「本サービス」）を
ご利用いただく際の決まりごとです。
1.適用
本規約は、本サービスのご利用に関する一切に適用されます。
本サービスをご利用になった時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
2.本サービスの内容
本サービスは、店内にいらっしゃるお客様が、お手元のスマートフォンから
「流してほしい曲」をお店へお伝えするための仕組みです。
会員登録・ログイン・アプリのインストールは必要ありません。ご利用は無料です。
3.リクエストの取り扱い
- いただいたリクエストは、店舗スタッフが確認したうえで再生します。送信後すぐに流れるものではありません。
- 店舗の営業内容・雰囲気・混雑の状況などにより、再生をお断りする場合があります。お断りした場合も、その理由を個別にご説明することはいたしかねます。
- 再生の順番は、リクエストをいただいた順を基本としますが、店舗の判断で前後することがあります。
- 公平にお楽しみいただくため、一定時間あたりのリクエスト数に上限を設けています。
- 音楽サービス側の都合により、選んでいただいた曲が技術的に再生できない場合があります。
- 受付をお休みしている時間帯があります。
4.禁止事項
本サービスのご利用にあたり、次の行為はご遠慮ください。
- 他のお客様や店舗スタッフに迷惑をかける行為。
- 公序良俗に反する内容、差別的な内容、他人を傷つける内容の曲を意図的にリクエストする行為。
- 短時間に大量のリクエストを送るなど、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為。
- 本サービスやサーバーに対する不正なアクセス、解析、改変を試みる行為。
- 本サービスを店舗の営業目的以外に利用する行為。
- 法令に違反する行為。
これらに該当すると判断した場合、リクエストの取り消しや、ご利用をお断りすることがあります。
5.外部サービスの規約
本サービスは、曲を探して再生するために YouTube API Services を利用しています。
本サービスをご利用になることで、お客様は
YouTube 利用規約
に同意したものとみなされます。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、
Google プライバシーポリシー
をご覧ください。
同様に、Spotify をご利用の場合は
Spotify 利用規約
および
Spotify プライバシーポリシー
が、Apple Music をご利用の場合は
Apple プライバシーポリシー
が、それぞれ適用されます。
6.権利の帰属
楽曲・音源・映像・ジャケット画像に関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
本サービスは、各音楽サービスが公式に提供する仕組みを通じて曲を再生するものであり、
お客様に対して楽曲そのものを提供・配布するものではありません。
7.免責
- 通信環境、外部の音楽サービスの状況、機器の不具合などにより、本サービスが一時的にご利用いただけない場合があります。
- 本サービスのご利用に関連してお客様に生じた損害について、店舗は法令上の責任を負う場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。
- リクエストいただいた曲が再生されなかったことによる損害についても同様です。
8.サービスの変更・中断
店舗は、事前の告知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。

本サービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては、

10.本規約の変更
本規約の内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。
変更した場合は、本ページに変更後の内容を掲載します。

ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้สำหรับการใช้งานระบบขอเพลงภายในร้าน “J SPOT Cloud Request System”

1.การบังคับใช้
ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้งานบริการนี้ทั้งหมด
เมื่อคุณเริ่มใช้บริการนี้ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้แล้ว
2.รายละเอียดของบริการ
บริการนี้เป็นระบบที่ให้ลูกค้าที่อยู่ในร้านแจ้งเพลงที่อยากฟังแก่ทางร้านผ่านโทรศัพท์มือถือของตนเอง
ไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก ไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ ไม่ต้องติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน และใช้งานได้ฟรี
3.การจัดการคำขอเพลง
- คำขอที่ส่งเข้ามาจะเปิดหลังจากพนักงานของร้านตรวจสอบแล้ว ไม่ได้เล่นทันทีที่ส่ง
- ทางร้านอาจปฏิเสธการเปิดเพลงได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะการให้บริการ บรรยากาศ หรือความหนาแน่นของลูกค้า และไม่สามารถชี้แจงเหตุผลเป็นรายกรณีได้
- ลำดับการเปิดเพลงยึดตามลำดับที่ได้รับคำขอเป็นหลัก แต่ทางร้านอาจปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามดุลยพินิจ
- เพื่อความเป็นธรรม มีการจำกัดจำนวนคำขอต่อช่วงเวลา
- เพลงที่เลือกอาจเปิดไม่ได้ด้วยเหตุผลทางเทคนิคของบริการเพลงต้นทาง
- มีบางช่วงเวลาที่ทางร้านปิดรับคำขอ
4.ข้อห้าม
ในการใช้บริการนี้ กรุณาหลีกเลี่ยงการกระทำต่อไปนี้
- การกระทำที่รบกวนลูกค้าท่านอื่นหรือพนักงานของร้าน
- การจงใจขอเพลงที่มีเนื้อหาขัดต่อศีลธรรมอันดี มีการเลือกปฏิบัติ หรือทำร้ายจิตใจผู้อื่น
- การส่งคำขอจำนวนมากในเวลาอันสั้น หรือการกระทำอื่นที่ขัดขวางการทำงานของบริการนี้
- การพยายามเข้าถึง วิเคราะห์ หรือแก้ไขบริการนี้หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- การใช้บริการนี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากการให้บริการของร้าน
- การกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย
หากทางร้านพิจารณาว่าเข้าข่ายข้อห้ามข้างต้น อาจยกเลิกคำขอหรือปฏิเสธการให้ใช้บริการได้

การใช้บริการนี้ถือว่าคุณยอมรับ

บริการนี้เปิดเพลงผ่านช่องทางที่บริการเพลงแต่ละรายให้ไว้อย่างเป็นทางการ
และไม่ได้เป็นการมอบหรือแจกจ่ายตัวเพลงให้แก่ลูกค้า
7.ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
- บริการนี้อาจใช้งานไม่ได้ชั่วคราว เนื่องจากสภาพการเชื่อมต่อ สถานะของบริการเพลงภายนอก หรือความขัดข้องของอุปกรณ์
- ทางร้านไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการใช้บริการนี้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
- กรณีที่เพลงที่ขอไม่ได้ถูกเปิด ก็อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเดียวกัน
8.การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือหยุดให้บริการ
ทางร้านอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื้อหาของบริการนี้ หรือหยุดหรือยุติการให้บริการได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
9.การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

These are the rules for using the in-store music request system
“J SPOT Cloud Request System” (the “Service”).
1.Scope
These terms apply to all use of the Service.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted them.
2.What the Service is
The Service lets guests inside the venue tell the venue which songs they would like to hear,
from their own smartphone. No account, no sign-in and no app installation is required,
and the Service is free to use.
3.How requests are handled
- Requests are played after a member of the venue staff has reviewed them. They are not played the moment they are sent.
- The venue may decline to play a request, depending on the nature of the business, the atmosphere or how busy it is. We are unable to explain individual decisions.
- Songs are generally played in the order the requests arrive, but the venue may adjust the order at its discretion.
- So that everyone can enjoy the Service, the number of requests within a given period is limited.
- A chosen song may be technically impossible to play for reasons on the music service’s side.
- There are periods during which requests are not accepted.
4.Prohibited conduct
When using the Service, please refrain from the following.
- Conduct that disturbs other guests or the venue staff.
- Deliberately requesting songs whose content is offensive to public order and morals, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
- Sending large numbers of requests in a short time, or otherwise interfering with the operation of the Service.
- Attempting unauthorised access to, analysis of, or modification of the Service or its servers.
- Using the Service for any purpose other than the operation of the venue.
- Any conduct that violates the law.
Where the venue judges that such conduct has occurred, requests may be cancelled
and use of the Service may be refused.
5.Third-party terms
The Service uses YouTube API Services to search for and play music.
By using the Service you are agreeing to be bound by the
YouTube Terms of Service.

Google Privacy Policy.
Likewise, use of Spotify is subject to the
Spotify Terms of Use
and the
Spotify Privacy Policy,
and use of Apple Music is subject to the
Apple Privacy Policy.
6.Intellectual property
Rights in the songs, recordings, videos and cover images belong to their respective owners.
The Service plays music through the official means provided by each music service;
it does not supply or distribute the music itself to guests.
7.Disclaimer
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of network conditions, the state of an external music service, or equipment faults.
- Except where the law provides otherwise, the venue is not liable for damage arising in connection with use of the Service.
- The same applies to damage arising from a requested song not being played.
8.Changes and suspension
The venue may change the content of the Service, or suspend or end it, without prior notice.
9.Handling of personal information

10.Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when necessary.
